FANtastic cupcakes

Hi Again, 

Just thought I'd update my Blog with a few new designs for all you cupcake lovers out there. 

Some times It's hard to stop a design going stale so I'm always looking for ways to tweak my designs and these few cupcakes were a result of playing around with wanting to do a few wafer alternatives.

Anyway see what you think of my FANtastic Cupcakes!

Lively Lime Green and Chocolate.....

A double fan design 

plus I've added an extra lime swirl to the stick wafer

Strawberry Chocolate Orange Cupcakes .....

Three single chocolate fan wafers adorned with gold gems

Love how the butterfly's look in this pic....

and this image reminds me of a Peacock's tail.

Last but not least......

 Whipped cream cupcakes with large Chocolate Wafers and Cherries

Well hope you though they all looked FANtastic.

The Little Tea Shop

Hi again,


Well its been a few weeks since I last updated Cupcake Heaven but it's been a busy few weeks.

I've also been making cupcake stock for the up and coming Easter bank holiday Craft fair I'm attending.

 I'm going to go with the theme this summer
"The Little Tea Shop"
as I not only think it look quite cute, but I also think cake tins and a tea shop are sooooo applicable.
This craft fair will be the first one of the session and I can't wait!

Cupcakes from scratch

So..... onto my next order

 I thought for this blog I'd show you some of the stages in creating theses cupcakes.

So firstly the cutting out.....

Now we'er all ready for sewing,

but I'll not bore you with that bit

 instead we just move onto the fun stuff......

Choosing the bases and the beads

Well that's that order done, so onto the next one.

Pretty in Pink

Hi again,

Thought some of you would like to see this order I have just finished for a lovely lady in Kent,

her theme, and my brief, was pink. 

Well.... I think pink was achieved, and that they look lovely!

Another batch ready made with love in mind

Hi again,

Just thought I pop my head up from making cupcakes for a short while to show you all my latest batch of cupcakes.

These cupcakes have all been inspired by the up and coming romantic 14th of February,

 Valentines Day....... 

Firstly I started off with romance in mind and made

these two cupcake in chocolate and in warm cream felt, 

both of which I think looks scrumptious with the soft sherbet coloured glass pearl beads. 

 Even the butterfly's find them irresistible!

 I've also added crystals to the wafers on these cupcakes just to make them a little more special.

.......................

I then moved on to  'Love'  and made these two cupcakes, 

and you can't do 'love' without the colour red...

A few more image's I took to try and get all the detail in.

I really like the design of the crystals on the wafer in this shot.

And finally I managed to get a better shot of the handmade yummy glazed felt cherry.

And finally I thought about soft romantic colours and made these 2 matching cupcakes.....

 I really like the peach coloured fancy, very feminine. 

And then I made these.......

 Hydrangea heaven
I just love the mix of colours on these cupcakes.
